THEATRE OF OPERATIONS POETIQUES

Four emissions proposed by André Velter and Poetry on the floor 2, 9, 16 and 23 March to decline the theme of the 10th Spring poets: praise on the other.
The boundaries exist. The boundaries exist perhaps as never on land and in the head. Their power attachment has never been harmful. Also blind. Also bloody. The boundaries exist and are reborn. For a wall shot, how many new horizons covered with barbed wire? How many new horizons covered with barbed wire? How many nations raised to forcepts and changed immediately in as many mass graves? This is the new ultimate all against all, neighbour against neighbour, God against God. Poetry in chaos, can not by itself change the field of military operations in place of harmony and friendship. It may, in the moment of an encounter ephemeral resume listening, keep hatred from a distance, but without giving any change. The words and sounds that we do not share masking effect, no effect of race. They do try setting a resonance, betting that behind every echo still survive snatches of conscience.

March 2, 2008: Theater of Operations poetic 1: Bosnia - Montenegro - Slovenia - Serbia, with Tomaz Salamun (Slovenian), Abdulah Sidran (Bosnian), Slobodan Jovalekich (Montenegrin) + Vidosav Stevanovic (Serbian)

March 9, 2008: Theater of Operations poetic 2: China-Tibet-Taiwan, with Bei Dao, Yiang Lian (Chinese); Palden Gyal (Tibetan); Bai Shan Kiu and Kin (Taiwan)

March 16, 2008: Theater of Operations poetic 3: Israel-Palestine-Lebanon-Iraq, with Adonis (Lebanese), Mahmoud Darwish (Palestinian) and Saadi Youssef (Iraq) and three Israeli poets: Yehuda Amichai, Israel Eliraz, Nathan Zach.

March 23, 2008: Theater of Operations poetic 4: Turkey-Kurdistan-Armenia, with Özdemir Ince (Turkish); Levant Yilmaz (Turkish); Seymus Dagtekin (Kurdish); Hovhannès Krikorian (Armenia); Violette Krikorian (Armenia); Armen Chékoyan
The first official sponsorship (see the state promises to date on the site of the Greens) arrived at campaign headquarters today. Encore 499 like this and there will be a candidate of Ecology on April 22. The french wish massively Dominica Voyet that could arise, it is now up to the elected officials who received the precious sesame to make good use quickly

You Be The Judge! During the issuance of Arlette Chabot, February 8, I condemned the attitude of some doctors, who do not hesitate to charge mundane acts to extravagant rates. And I quoted the doctor who extorted me 300 euros for a normal cardiac assessment (a clinical examination, and an electro-cardiogram).

The reactions have not been waiting! Some thought I was still in French… Others were concerned about whether I was seriously ill. I feel I am in good shape and I just made a clean bill of health at the request of the insurer of the loan which the Greens have resorted to fund the campaign.

Remain harsher criticism, like this one, on the site of France 2: "I do not deny that Voynet, a physician herself, makes his listeners to believe that it has paid 300 euros a consults with one her colleagues. " And the user to add: "What doctor would charge it to one of his colleagues, this is a lie, and a voice lost…" Well, if it exists! Let us be clear: what angers me, it's not that a doctor should pay for a consultation with a "colleague" (I hate that term ambiguous, which insinuates a special relationship between doctors). I certainly find it normal to pay! What I revolt, is that the doctor did not feel obliged to inform me of its fares, when I made an appointment by telephone. That did not stop him during the consultation to complain policies, which do not include "to the problems of doctors." By paying rabies at heart, I said to myself that this doctor was, whose training was provided and funded by the university and the public hospital, probably knew nothing of living quarters, it there was no guard at night, he refused perhaps receive the beneficiaries of the CMU. Worse still, I thought that he probably did not know why I was angry, and where was the problem…

For the love of trains…

it promised, juror, spat… The consideration of the ecology, it is as if it was done! All the parties, all the candidates swear, hand on heart, that they have changed, and it is now ul-tra-pri-o-ri-mentary. Proof? We will stop making investments in roads and rail.

The proof that this is important, Michel Boyon. It was well understood that it was not really a passion for trains that had led the former chief of staff of xxxx at the head of Reseau Ferre de France. That leaves RFF for the CSA under sixteen months after his arrival, shows that the rail, well, he would laugh. Outside the TGV lines, the network french deteriorates at high speed. It is not likely to improve, if we judge by the sums ridiculous that the state plans to put on the rail contracts in the "draft".

The name circulating to replace Boyon to RFF, no surprise that those who have not yet understood that the appointments, it is used primarily to recycle old colleagues and to resolve political problems. A few years ago, Dominique Perben had rid of Charles Millon, who contrariait his parachute on Lyon, while appoint ambassador in Rome for FAO. It seems today decided to propose the presidency of RFF Christian Philip, to take his constituency Lyon. It's beautiful, though, the public interest…

The campaign has taken a new turn in recent days. Because of the (good) decision to "who you know", but also because, twenty-four hours of our first campaign meeting, Nantes, I feel definitely a thrill, in the joyful hi bystanders, in the 'ardor militants in the pace of calls from journalists, the number of letters and e-mails!
The calendar is filling at a brisk pace, as always with difficult choices: we would like to be able to say yes to all these friends who are waiting for the candidate it helps to highlight a local fight, to denounce a scandal, and sometimes… to launch the parliamentary campaign!

The text of the statement by Dominique Voynet is already online, but in the video as a bonus there are answers to the questions of journalists.

Press conference Monday, January 22, 2007 at 15.45 to ChocolaterieLa Nicolas Hulot decision to force compliance. First, because it should not be so easy to give up, when the polls promise a two-digit result, such an adventure - difficult, but rewarding.
Secondly, because Nicolas was able to find words to reflect, without demagogy, populism, doubts that it inspires a political postures often reduced to sound-bites, without neglecting to acknowledge, after that of the grassroots, Labour elected environmentalists in cities where they help to demonstrate that other policies are possible.
Finally, because in spite of his doubts, he chose to trust, confidence in the given word, confidence in the commitments made by the candidates, but let down our guard.

I appreciate the responsibilities that weigh on my shoulders.
It is my job to ensure that the expectations of the people of "ecology" is not, once again, disappointed.
I will be at the side of those who are fighting against the plans dangerous, unnecessary, costly, empty public coffers, undermining our health and ability to prepare for the future: big incinerators, bypasses and road bypasses, nuclear facilities, farms, industry GMOs or agro-based fuels… It is my job also meet the concerns of millions of people who pay the price of junk food, pollution, living conditions deteriorated, and are not safe yet that the change we offer them also addresses, and even the first place, by themselves. While Abbé Pierre has just died, after a life dedicated to the most needy, I feel even more strongly the need to remember: we will not reduce poverty without taking into account the new environmental, and we not protect seriously the planet and its resources without policy to combat poverty. With the Greens, I will engage.

We know Monday if Nicolas Hulot decided, or not, to become a presidential candidate. I do not hide, I will be relieved of his decision whatsoever. Because it is now several months that the question stirs the microcosm politics.

Everyone, of course, has his opinion on the matter. I do more reactions, by mail, by e-mail or blog. There are those who m'ordonnent rally Hulot, and others who m'enjoignent to persevere. There are those who believe that the smallest reserve against him is already an intolerable attack, and those who deem my moderation, born of a real believed that I never tried to hide, as a symptom of a guilty indulgence .

Myself, I feel quite calm, because I am starting to find my rhythm, because the Greens are now really mobilized because, in the field, I feel great sympathy for the Greens and their candidate. "Stand firm! "We need you! "

Donations to associations

By Dominique Voynet, Wednesday 17 January 2007 at 12:46:: Impressions of campaign

I received a few days ago a question from a visitor wishing to verify that I have kept our word: do not make greeting cards this year and give the equivalent of what it would have cost to the associations.

Here are the details:

* 500 euros in Emmaus alternatives;
* 500 euros to the association Beautiful star, which helps undocumented refugees in Calais;
* 250 euros Organbidexka free pass, Protection of Birds;
* 250 euros at CPEPESC, Commission for Protection des Eaux, Heritage, Environment, the Assistant basement and Bat;
* 250 euros at the Climate Action Network;
* 250 euros FERUS, association for the protection of wolves, bears and lynx.

Voilà!

Jean-François Copé is irreplaceable. His latest release yesterday on France Info, as a kind of masterpiece! Criticizing the tax proposals Francois Hollande, he had these words to defend "the middle class" who earn according to him, 4000 4100 euros per month. A computer after 10 years of experience, a driver TGV end of their career, a VRP, it also wins between 4000 and 4200 euros per month. " The standard of Radio France has been awash with calls of protest. The SNCF, the FSU teachers union have corrected the figures given by the Minister of Budget, visibly angry with reality. As 13H, without dying, he instead added in the France 2.

We advise Jean-François Copé reading the latest issue of Alternatives Economiques, which is a useful update on "who is rich, which is poor." We learn including that from 3400 euros in net salary, it is just at the level of ... 3% favoured the most of the population. Quite close to the "average", so.

And these are the same people who claim we speak of "the France that suffers" ... A masterpiece, this gaffe. And definitely an admission of the divide that separates the right of those it claims to represent.

I take this weekend a little calm in response to the many letters received at the beginning of this year, many wishes, interpellations also strong, and to read newspapers too quickly over the past few days. In a time when many lament the dictatorship of the "democracy" of opinion, it is wrong, I believe it, not to observe how it is formed, opinion! The 1st page of Liberation, on January 4, is fascinating. The daily title "housing crisis: left without a voice." And Laurent Joffrin push the nail in its editorial. "The left has neglected the mobilization… led by the children of Don Quixote." The explanation for this is provided summary judgement on "In a strange reversal, a president has worn… better understood that the opinion polls Madonna" and later "the PS has failed in its project to dig the housing issue ". That is clear, right? The left is the PS, and only the PS! Never mind that the militants of the Greens be present at Canal St Martin since the 1st day of the movement! And in the field of housing for years.
This year, Dominique Voynet decided not to send greeting cards, as a Senator, whereas those hundreds of cartons mostly anonymous did not make much sense. So it is with great simplicity it wishes you happy holidays and a happy new year 2007.

The sad "game of a goose" of the family Raba

A Calais Tuesday, December 12, Dominique Voynet participated in a panel discussion after the first of theatre Clandestine whose character is a pawn in a game of a goose. During this exchange, Jean-Pierre Dubois, president of the DDA, traced the route of the family Raba, french expelled from the territory in dreadful conditions ...

Dominique Voynet participated Tuesday, December 5 at the press conference Awareness Network Without Borders to defend the family Kosovo, before declaring on France Info that the family then, with his small children should not go to Kosovo. On the phone, Dominique Voynet talks to Marianne. She reacts to the rating by the Alliance of political parties. She recalled that the notation was made not only on the national working: the Greens have in fact only 3 deputies and senators 4. We must put the note in terms of the number of MPs from each party.

Interview given a journalist from France Inter Monday, October 30, 2006 as part of a documentary on political communication.

What political communication?
On the sidelines of the press conference organised by the Greens after the announcement of Dominique de Villepin on ecological tax, Dominique Voynet was questioned about the government plan as on his campaign.

campaign

It has been several months since I wrote the review of the book by Pascal [1]. At that time, it was a package of grayish leaves, and not the object that is groovy now! After the surprise of the first encounter with the pavement psychedelic, I reread the book, and I am even more excited than the first time! Pascal brings us proof that the Greens are not angry with the economy, and we can link the social, environmental and budgetary constraints. This staging of the programme green that I will defend to the presidential me restored confidence in our ability to offer viable alternatives. I am proud of our program, and I am proud to Pascal who has been able to develop in a manner accessible and lightly!

Like many politicians, I became aware of the growing importance of Internet tools in public life. Computer promised to revolutionise the rules of political discourse: we would finally be able to develop a point of view rather complex without being interrupted by a reporter pressed, we respond directly to questions of citizens, we would react as we hear about such or such topics without having to go through the rigid and binding frameworks of the traditional media and, most importantly, we finally meet "real people", not just the militants already convinced. Many of us have enthusiastically throw ourselves: in a few months, we have seen flourish sites, blogs, forums, chats ... Today, there is not an opinion leader who has internet strategy.

Prior to the first official film of Al Gore, "An Inconvenient Truth", and meet the former future president of the United States, Dominique Voynet went to meet the first half of viewers of the film, at the meeting of 14 hours, film adjacent to its headquarters in his presidential campaign. The candidate spoke so impromptu, in the street with each other and have a coffee with those who had a little more time.

bus on fire

Here is what I said at the Parisien, referring to the bus burned in Marseille, in which a young woman was found trapped and now fight to survive.

I condemn in the strongest terms this act as irresponsible as monstrous. The televised images of the burning bus and obscene greed with which it was announced the anniversary of the riots seem to have revived in a weak minds grotesque competition. This terrible act occurs in a district often shown as an example, but the point "listens family" has been closed recently. I think a big key tenacity in education. The strengthening of the police, a better coaching youth prevention services specialist and the judicial protection of young people, means constant for the life and presence enhanced public services: the street should not be abandoned groups and gangs. What happens in the public arena concerns us all.

This morning, Guy Carlier has seen fit to retain only the passage on the verge "listens family" and has gaussé, equating social workers to macramé workshop facilitators. It is simplistic, tacky and deeply hurtful, not for me but for the thousands of people who every day make the social bond délite do no more.

(Edit: excerpt from an interview with France Inter on the same day, on the subject of political communication, where we talk by Guy Carlier, etc.)

What do you think your side? Guy Carlier can he make fun of people together who work every day to preserve the live together in the districts?

Political figures receive much mail. In these letters, some are worthy of consideration by their originality, grain of folly. The heading "box curiosities' will be used for this: to show you, throughout the campaign, the most letters we receive staggered.

To begin with, this letter of a student in their sixth year of "dental surgery", which devotes a thesis to the teeth, "the teeth of politicians and the importance that they attach to them in the part of their image as their communication policy "(these are his own words). Then four questions on the importance attached to the teeth in politics, with reference to JFK.

We also received the questionnaire by The Dino, an association that seeks to reintroduce the dinosaurs on Earth (especially the Cretaceous large herbivores such as Gigantosaure or Diplodocus). The letter states that "these dinosaurs will be a natural source of energy and virtually inexhaustible food for all people in the world." And if they were right?

Press release Tuesday,

Elections 2007: thousands of voters-environmentalists challenge candidates on the eve of the first round!

France Nature Environnement, the French federation 3000 environmentalists associations today released the responses of the presidential candidates in its manifesto for ecology .*

Last summer, France Nature Environnement had participated in summer schools Cap 21, PS, of the UDF, the… UMP), preventing it seek their response on his manifesto: a specific text and ambitious product on the occasion of the forthcoming elections, reflecting the concerns of hundreds of thousands of environmentalists and laying tracks for that man continues to saw the branch on which it sits.
Not without ecology environmentalists For the first time, several major networks wanted to analyse in detail the projects of all the candidates, they have noted and published the results. Replies from Dominique Voynet have earned him placed at the top by:

• Alliance for the Planet

• Planetary the Collectif Urgence

• The League of Human Rights

• Collective for environmental health specialists in public health

Dominique Voynet also received a special prize with honors Anticor by Transparency ", an association of elected officials who fight against corruption.

The networks do this work to illuminate the vote of french, they are counting on you, the planet too.
The Greens want a victory for the left and environmentalists in the presidential

On the evening of the first round of the presidential election, Green Party thanked voters and voters who, through their vote, supported the struggle of environmentalists. They will not forget those who would have liked to vote for our candidate and were stopped by the memory of April 21 and blackmail to vote useful. The strong participation, as well as scores of the top candidatEs arrivéEs show that this episode is over
By Dominique Voynet,

I thank the voters who gave me their support. I thank them for having braved the media hype and not being allowed to dictate their vote in polls which replaced comment, day after day, the substantive debate during this campaign first round.

A majority of voters, however environmentalists preferred to vote for the socialist candidate, or even for the candidate of the UDF, in order to stave off fears of a new April 21, or the fear that they inspire a candidate right defending positions more in the most extreme.

I acknowledge that choice.

The Socialist candidate must not forget, however, in the second round the diversity of voters who voted for it.

I will vote on May 6 for Royal.

My support is unambiguous: the voters but environmentalists would mobilize even more in a second round that promises to be tight, it will show that it now wants to be the candidate for a dynamic union, which does not exclude them .
To strengthen them, to change them, to train, to have a say, to weigh more, to help with future campaigns, because it needs a strong Green party to the ecology, because it takes strengthen an autonomous Green Party ... For all these reasons and many more surely there since Saturday, 10 times as many memberships per day on the website of the Greens. And you?
Statement by the National Council of the Inter-Greens

By The team, Wednesday 25 April 2007 at 16:57:: Place ideas

The project covered by Nicolas Sarkozy is fundamentally reactionary, ultra-liberal, anti-freedom and ecological, ie dangerous for our democracy. For that the Greens unequivocally committed to make every effort to derail the coalition Sarkozy-Le Pen. They therefore call for vote Segolene Royal in the second round.

They ask the Socialist party and its candidate to display the consideration of the values of political ecology, which bear the Greens is the best guarantee mobilization of the electorate ecologist,

In line with their values and their project, the Greens today just like in the evening of April 22 begin a campaign under their own colors and logo to the left win on May 6. They will take their own initiatives open to all components of society. They invite civil society to join them in order to create a dynamic to allow to voters to identify with environmentalists ideas brought during this period.

To achieve this dynamic, noting that the conditions for a parliamentary majority and left government and environmentalists are not met today, in the legislative elections on 10 and June 17, 2007, the Greens are investing candidates on the whole riding with their partners and Regions Peuples Solidaires, in the spirit of keeping alive the project independently of political ecology.
By Dominique Voynet, Thursday 26 April 2007 at 09:49:: Place ideas

Since 6:30 this morning, activists from Greenpeace have stopped the construction of a nuclear power plant type EPR, on the site of Flamanville.

I fully support this action, which has highlighted the appalling contradiction between rhetoric and practice with regard to nuclear energy.

There are those who talk about ecology, and those who do. Those who speak of reducing dependence on oil and the atom, and those who are truly able to put in place the policies for reducing waste and developing renewable energies, with a large number of new jobs, as have done almost all of our European partners.

During the election campaign, much has been talked about changing energy policies… The government authorized yet, by decree, a few days before the 1st round, the construction of the EPR…

The withdrawal of the decree authorizing the construction is an important goal of the second round. I ask Segolene Royal confirm qu'élue May 6, it will not allow the continuation of work of this reactor ruinous, unnecessary and obsolete.

The victory of the left and environmentalists in the legislative elections that follow should help to finally finish with this logic of secrecy and rushing ahead.

From humanity in politics: for Shpresa and Yussuf Raba

By Dominique Voynet, Thursday 26 April 2007 at 17:27:: Place ideas

Expulsés four months ago in a display of financial and human resources, Shpresa and Yussuf Raba revenues are now in France, the country where were born two of their three children, the country where they have rebuilt their lives five years ago, after they had to flee Kosovo.

One need only recall the emotions raised by their arrest, Gray, where they live, universally appreciated, and the mobilization of most people in this small town in Haute-Saone. It remembers the cries of children, violence against parents, and the dignity of the mother, holding centre in Lyon. It will be recalled rocambolesques conditions of their expulsion, Gray in Lyon and Paris to Toulouse ... At a cost probably more than EUR 100000…

The Raba, have ever imagined live again in Kosovo, under the watchful goguenard or threatening to their torturers yesterday. They returned clandestinely, which has rounded the scholarship smugglers of 7000 euros. The story of this family could be summed up like this: be double symbol of the inhumanity of a policy of expulsion to the blind, and the failure of this policy.

I attended this morning to the National Assembly at the press conference Awareness Network Without Borders, which was surrounded Schpresa Raba of committee members support the family. This was to show that the mobilization did not break, that the support is there, in their diversity: parents of students, trade unionists, artists, politicians, lawyers…

"Why was it dangerous for you to Kosovo? "Asked a journalist. Madam Raba can not, does not want to answer. In her eyes, you know, we read what happened, and that all those around her, also know. Must we rehash over and over again the pain of the past? Shpresa just ask - far, far from the major debates on migration policy - that his family can be corrected, that her children continue their quiet life with their friends of Gray, in the apartment that the friends have kept their affairs, pending their return.

In this "in-between" of the presidential campaign, it may not be totally ridiculous to imagine that Jacques Chirac and Francois Baroin want to make a small gesture to regulate, without fanfare, the family Raba? It would advance a little in the way of humanity in politics.
That is what I ask them today.
Since this morning, the anti-GM activists occupy Direction Départementale of Agriculture in Pau, for government to take the decision finally expectations of our citizens: the implementation of a moratorium on crops Genetically modified plants in France.

I fully support this peaceful action, justified by the urgency and necessity. Within a few days, planting corn will indeed occurred in the South of France.

Next Sunday, I will vote for Royal. She has only a few days to realize, once in office, his commitment to the moratorium

Election of Nicolas Sarkozy: a great leap backwards

By Dominique Voynet, Sunday 6 May 2007 at 20:00:: Place ideas

The voters have made their choice and I respect it.

The election of Nicolas Sarkozy is not good news for young people from the suburbs, under house arrest in their neighbourhoods, for the precarious ordered to "work harder" and generally to the more modest, pointing to the "weak links" in a competition without mercy.

Nor is it good news for the planet.
The programme of Nicolas Sarkozy, inspired by the neo-conservative revolution in the United States, does not fail to acknowledge the environmental challenge.
We are running the risk of further delays, further damage.
Oil and arms dealers, seed companies and staffs of water, and pharmaceutical industries bétonneurs ... All supported Nicolas Sarkozy, all require dividends them, the right to deregulate, and the precarious pollute without hindrance!

Our children will live in the middle of this century the effects of the environmental crisis: climate change, resource depletion, the extinction of many species, the north-south divide ...
We can not afford to lose five years, to imagine what our lives will be tomorrow, to invent solutions that will allow us to build a more fraternal society and more accountable, to break the company of all waste.
And it's not by returning to France for 68 before that we can prepare for the future.

I invite environmentalists not to stand idly by, the image of elected Greens, who are fighting in the cities and regions, for the choices that prepare future generations.

On 10 and 17 June, I call on citizens to elect deputies Greens without which the National Assembly will continue to make the laws as if tomorrow would look like yesterday.

The time will come soon when it will be up to the Greens as to all democrats who refuse the hand-setting of a one-party political life in France, to draw the consequences of the failure of today, in terms of Organising as in terms of the project.
Far from the artificial divisions between left government, quick to deny when she took office, and a radical left, which refuses to be carefully put in a position to exercise it, we must resist, with the aim of protecting the most modest, which will be the first casualties of the measures taken by the new government, we must restore the threads of dialogue with citizens, broken for a long time and never really resumed, we must renew our in-depth reflection.

One thing is certain: There will be no shortcut to win tomorrow, the left - and environmentalists - should learn from the lessons of their failure.
Constuire the future together by strengthening environmental policy, but right now ..

By The team, Monday 7 May 2007 at 09:12:: Impressions of campaign

As soon as the campaign is completed (towards the end of June), they will be published on the website of the Greens. As announced, the budget was in the order of 1350000 euros, of which only 750 to 800000 will be reimbursed by the state. You voted green or you could kindly show that the ecology had for you? Join the Greens and / or contribute to the budget of campaign by making a donation, you will take part in the future of the Green party, and that future will start to write from the legislative elections next month.
By Alexis Braud, Friday 11 May 2007 at 00:16:: Impressions of campaign

Everything that has been made for this presidential campaign will remain available online, but there will be no more new notes on this blog which remains in the state for archive (full of interesting things in it, do not hesitate to dig! ). On 10 and 17 June, you will have another opportunity to demonstrate your interest in the future of the planet, it is counting on you, so do we.

So on legislatives.lesverts.fr that we will give you an appointment as early as next week, the time to issue a few tickets, while the site of Senator Dominique Voynet will resume its activity. Pending the special legislative synthetic version, you can always ask the full programme ... And read it carefully. And ill are inevitably a candidate Verde near you who can talk about it.

A controversial appointment
The appointment by the Elysée Palace on February 20 by Christine Ockrent the post of CEO of the new holding France World arouses controversy. Journalists' unions are concerned about "a conflict of interest" and see this appointment as a threat to the "credibility" of this new umbrella entity that channels France 24, and TV5Monde RFI. The future will depend in effect holding of the Prime Minister.

A "good choice" according to the minister

entenced Saturday 1 March to thirteen years' imprisonment, Kevani Wansale has ten days to appeal the verdict of the Court of Assizes of Essonne. "Thirteen years for a boy who was only 18 years old at the time, it's tough," said his lawyer Damien Me Brossier. The public prosecutor had requested fifteen years against the young man found guilty of "assassination attempt" on December 16, 2005 at the Lycée Louis-Blériot d'Etampes (Essonne) Karen Montet-Toutain, a professor of applied arts .

"It's a real mess for both parties," however, deplored Mrs. Montet-Toutain. She had alia challenged the headmaster, Catherine Kapfer, too lenient, she says, in matters of discipline. "I could not foresee that Kivani would stab his main professor, defended himself Thursday, February 28th at the helm Mrs. Kapfer.

At the conclusion of four days of hearings, debates led by the chairman Francis Debons will be limited to the statement of facts that they were hardly the subject of doubt, the accused having recognized when he surrendered. Reflecting on the sole issue of qualification of the charges - the accused had it or not premeditated her gesture? -- The court has applied to ensure that the trial becomes the violence in schools.

Mrs. Montet-Toutain, her assailant, 18 years old and in the first year of BEP sale at the time, "showed signs of maladjustment to the establishment." Several students testified to the climate that prevailed in that class where "it was not able to learn much."

Two years after the tragedy, Mrs. Montet-Toutain, in the grip of a severe depression, has still not returned to work.
