As Grioo For You had revealed a few weeks ago, Shock had published new pictures of Valerie Bègue. The latter had lodged a complaint against the magazine, which called for the withdrawal of outlets, as well as 100,000 euros in damages. She was dismissed by the Tribunal de Grande Instance de Saint-Denis de la Reunion.

The court found that the photos were "neither shocking nor equivocal," and admitted one of the arguments of the publisher of Shock. According to the commitments of candidates for election Miss France, such photos would never have existed, and the newspaper had put forward a form of "having information" proving that Valerie Bègue had lied.

It has therefore been rejected and condemned, as usual, "at the expense" which means it will have to reimburse the cost of defending the opposing party.

This judgement is very important if we are to believe some rumours circulating over the past few weeks. Indeed, it would appear that new photos "very sexy" even a sextape (video) might be about to be unveiled. The fact that Valerie has lost his lawsuit against "Shock" might suggest to the editors of the newspaper preparing to publish the new pictures that they can do so with impunity.
