Marseilles!

For the first time, the Michelin guide gives three stars to a restaurant in Marseilles! The decision was expected, since the Petit Nice in 2007 was among the "hopes" for the three macaroons.

In this category remain the Castle of the Golden Goat in Eze (Alpes-Maritimes), the Bristol in Paris (8th) and Castle Cordeillan-Bages in Pauillac (Gironde). The Ambassadors (Hotel de Crillon in Paris) and the Bastide Saint-Antoine in Grasse (Alpes-Maritimes) are not included in it.
